Textile Maintenance Technician

Maintenance technician textile

As a Textile Maintenance Technician, you play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our textile machinery.

Working closely with your team, you make sure all looms are running smoothly by regularly checking, maintaining, and supplying them with bobbins, beams, and yarns as needed.

You are skilled at identifying mechanical or technical issues and carry out timely repairs, including fixing broken warp and weft threads to minimize downtime.

You assist in analyzing product requirements and translating them into accurate machine settings, contributing to efficient and high-quality production.

Your creative problem-solving skills help maintain continuous operations and ensure production schedules stay on track.

You remain focused and composed under pressure, keeping a clear overview even during busy or challenging times.

Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all textile machine components, contributing to a well-organized and efficient work environment.

What do we need from you?

  • You have experience as a Maintenance technician and with textile work.
  • You are well-organized, work independently, and are results-oriented.
  • A passion for the craft is a must, combined with attention to detail and precision.
  • Together, we create an exclusive product—teamwork and achieving results give you energy.
  • You enjoy being active and can efficiently operate multiple looms, as repairs may be frequent.
  • You can communicate in at least one of our three languages (Dutch, English, or French).

What we offer:

  • You play a key role in a family-oriented company with a great working atmosphere.
  • Job security in a financially stable company.
  • Comprehensive internal training covering all aspects of the company and product, with enough time to get fully onboarded.
  • We support your long-term career ambitions.
  • A competitive and attractive salary, supplemented with meal vouchers and some great extras.

We could go into more detail, but we'd rather explain the role in a personal and pleasant conversation.

So don’t hesitate—reach out, contact us, or drop by for a visit!
